Shifting Tips from your girl:
- acknowledge your doubts but don't focus on them, having doubts is normal
- try not to obsess over it trust me, your just awknowelding that you haven't shifted yet (yes I know i'm being a hypocrite by this one because I literally made a whole shifting website but I'm trying to help yall).
- instead of affirming "I will shift" affirm "I am in my DR" because again, your reminding yourself that you aren't in you DR
- act like you have already in your DR, or that you've already shifted before (your convincing the right side of your brain).
- try getting amethyst, I am in no way a pro at crystals but I've researched that they are good for shifting and get rids of anxiety, negativity, and helps you connect to your higher self! (You do not need crystals to shift).
- take breaks in between trying to shift. A lot of people say otherwise but my depthly research has shown that it is mentally exhausting shifting and that it's good to take breaks. This is also tied with the not obsessing over it.
- I really like to listen to my DR playlists throughout the day along with random sublimitals when Im doing things like dishes, chores stuff like that. I have DR playlists on another page if you don't have one and I'm making more for more realties.
- do your own research. It is always good and I highly suggest you do your own research (other than on TikTok because that's not always a reliable source.
