How to Reprogram Your Mind:

(YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANY OF THESE THINGS IN ORDER TO SHIFT)

 

-Reprogram your mind; change I will try to shift tonight// say I am shifting tonight

-Reprogram your mind to #1 You’ve already shifted #2 You’re a master shifter #3 You’re motivated to shift #4 You believe in shifting 100%

-Thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, feelings (beliefs) -Beliefs; shifting related or non-shifting related -Manifest that beliefs are correct WITH POSITIVE ENERGY OPTIONAL!!

-Give yourselves breaks but keep shifting in the back of your head -When meditating keep affirmations (i can shift, i will shift, i am shifting… etc)

-Spend time getting rid of the negative thoughts -keep practicing and reminding yourself that you can shift because you can and WILL

-Don’t let people take away your beliefs

-Surround yourself with positive people

-Pick a date & time for when you will shift

-When doing things remind yourself that it will help you shifting

-Listen to stuff that reminds you of shifting

-Self care!!
