This meditation is the closest one I came to shifting. Basically what happened is I was just saying affirmations as she was talking and my heart rate was going crazy, I could hear it in my ears and it literally felt like it was going to jump out of my chest. My hands and feet, and especially my eyes were twitching uncontrollably nad I saw this blinding bright light and let me remind you that it was dark in my room other than my LED lights that were on dark violet. I started to hear people from my DR and I was so close but I got distracted and ended up stopping the meditation because I was so awestruck, I DEFINITELY recommend:
